We jumped like fools on the big children jumper thing, played in corn cribs, ate peach cobbler, and chatted in the shade of a thin-framed tree. I wish every day was like today.

This is by far my favorite time of the year. Where the treescapes are the color of pear peels and pumpkins flourish outside everyone's stoops. Today I lived one of those "this-is-what-life-is-all-about-days" spent with some very special people, the air was as fresh as the sentiment that filled it.
We jumped like fools on the big children jumper thing, played in corn cribs, ate peach cobbler, and chatted in the shade of a thin-framed tree. I wish every day was like today.
